If we adopt a hypothetical statement that my painting is an attempt to demonstrate and incarnate a fantastic reality, then we have to analyze the later term in some detail.
"Visible world is made of the invisible."
Being a painter, I am dealing, by definition, with the visible world. That world is composed of faces, features, scenes, landscapes, objects, flora and fauna . . . That world is facing the world of fantasy, which, in everyday sense , is invisible, but which is growing, flourishing, being brought forth, and regenerating from the omnipresent and palpable "commonness".
What is the reality, then? The final condition of every painting is alwais the same: a two-dimensional surface covered with layers of blanded pigments which are dispersed , sorted aut and arranged, according to the meaning and feeling, in such a way to dissipate and array the reflection of light. Everything else is an appearance, similar to the Rorschach's spots used for testing projected psychical contents.
The quality of that starting point, that beginning and end of every painting, that state, made always, more spontaneously then speculatively, by using "alchemical" art and skills, is a gold basis of the optical ilussion for which the treasurer of the soul will pay the walue of a real artistic experience. This value is still not measurable according to the scientific standards as its substance lies in the realm of the inside reality.
To be conscious of these facts, these preconditions of all causes and effects - for a painter this means: being free from all "-isms", from the vulgar actuality or from "things alredy transcended".
Every individual life is new, uniqe and unrepetable, and to make itself fast in this statement, to be footed in it, and then open itself towards the world, this means preserving one's own expression from the collective models, from trends, from the sterile avant-garde cosmic health, from international hygienic drynes of the visual desinfecton and decontamination . . . This means preserving the virgin nakedness of the world from the general mania of clothing trough gigantic tailor's interventions, in order to avoid that the whole earth is, togeder with us and other "biomasses", this time irrevocably, purged out of Paradise.
